Night's Hold - Skill Can't be used

I had a Night's Hold drop but I tried to socket a minion gem, the skill shows that it can't be used. Does anyone know why that's the case? From what I can see, I should be able to use the skill.

Socketed Gems are supported by Level 10 Cast when Stunned GGG do not offer first-party Technical Support.
