Black Knight Not Spawning Anymore?

Hello all, been playing for about 3 weeks again doing dozens of juicy T16 maps per day, everyday and have not spawned Black Knight once. Prior to my break, the months after launch, was spawning him several times a day in a lesser amount of maps. Anyone else notice this?
