Is support still behind colossally?

I've sent a ticket to support back on December 13th and got a reply back asking for some confirmation info a week later.

Now its 2 months later and still no further reply since.

It has now been 104 days since I first sent a ticket. Along with another month since this post. Still no reply.

This is insane. Sure I can see support being slammed and things taking longer than usual, but to not have support respond in over 3 months? Do you expect someone to wait half a year to a year for support?

Apparently they do. For some it's been 120+ days or.. more?

Super-competent GGG management doubling down HARD. :D

Still nothing from support.

246 days since I sent in my support ticket. Still no response after the initial follow up email for more details I got after ~2 weeks.

The hell is going on with this company.

If support is backed up seems to be dependent on what you need done.

Common requests that can be handled by a junior support person clicking on an admin page have been getting turned around in a day or two.

Account recovery is running around 4-6 months, with GGG sending the next email in their process 4-6 weeks after your reply.

Edit: The last I saw a complaint (a few months back) real money refunds were still delayed by months as well.

MTX migration between PC and XBox hasn't happened for anyone, and GGG hasn't said a word about why. The migration should be a simple database update (de-MTX all characters on the donor account, read-only all donor account extra tabs, change MTX ownership to recipient account). so I have trouble believing it's a technical issue. That's lead me to think it's a political issue and GGG either jumped the gun in announcing it while negotiations with MS were ongoing or MS got cold feet.

In all three of those cases I can't understand why GGG has remained silent. Even if they don't want to point blame, a simple statement that it's been delayed indefinitely would help so much.
