Simulacrum not allowing next wave

Simulacrum just stopped for me after wave 3 or 4. Portal is there, NPC is there but no name, stash is not there.

this is for poe2? so this is an old bug that they havent fixed till now wow

did loot drop? if you did there might be a side area that has opened up and you need to go there to continue the simulacrum. the npc and stash still appear in the old zone but one of the gates should have opened
