Trial of Chaos Heart tether lockout

Was playing with a friend in Trial of Chaos and took Heart Tether. The problem is that when the tether's overlap, and player walks to the edge, they'll be forced to stop any action. Cannot move, attack, or use skills, even when the heart tether expires. Very frustrating because this caused them to die when we were about to win the trial.

This is unfortunately still a thing. This seems to permanently stun you in place. Just got stun locked indefinitely. For some reason there is no time out in place.
