POE2 - Augury - Unable to complete the map

Monster pushed me off a lever as I was pulling on it, all 3 levers show as pulled, and yet the doors haven't opened.

Yep same here. Playing with a friend and he tried to open the final lever while being attacked. All 3 levers show as pulled but doors won't open

Same thing just happened to me. ran around and cleared everything just cant get to center. all levers pulled but cant open door

If you go back in the hideout and re-enter the map, the lever can be pulled again. Hope it helps someone!

Just happened to me in .30. Although in my case if I move my cursor over it, it still shows as being clickable, and if I click on it, my character will run up to it, but then won't activate it. Tried quitting out and coming back. Tried going back to my hideout. Just can't find a way to reset it.
