When you turn on Option > Input > Controller Vibration (Master), the FPS drops significantly.

When Option > Input > Controller Vibration (Master) is set to OFF, the FPS stays between 70 and 140, but when it is turned ON, the FPS can drop to around 1–10 during combat.
