Skill Missing After Respec

I respec'd 2 attribute nodes, one strength and one intelligence, then respec'd one strength node as I was missing 5 str. I have more int than required (50 vs 43 req). I then noticed skills missing from my bar, specifically Flame Wall. The skill no longer shows up in the skill choices on the bar, so I am unable to reassign it. And when I go into the Skills Panel, I expanded the info on Flame Wall and this is what I am seeing.

I've tried moving the gem, removing and re-adding it back in, zoning to another act, logging out and back in, and restarting the client entirely, but I am still seeing the same.

Edit: I have purchased another Flame Wall and it works fine. It appears that the gem data itself is corrupted.

I moved the skill to different sockets and put on / take off my weapons. Somehow it helped.

i've just had the same thing. respeced 2 nodes (specifically weapon set ones) with stats and gem (stormcaller) simply bricked. info in tab "This information is currently unavailable" no other warning, cant see it on action bars as well. Reload, move to stash etc didn't work

I found a way to fix it using just one extra working gem (no matter what ability).
1. Open the broken gem's ability details
2. While the details window is open, drag the working gem to the broken one's slot.
3. Now drag the broken gem there again.
4. Activate all the checkboxes for the weapon sets I and II.
