Trial of the Sekhemas "cant reach the key?"

NVM, i had wrong pickup key setup for some reason! now it works!

when im doing Trials of the Sekhemas, i can get awarded with a key from a room.

but i cant pick it up at all, feels like its "to far up" i couldnt do it on my warror, or on my witch.

why?

I think that is a user experience issue. they should make it not necessary to press the pickup key in this case. that is counter intuitive.

it took me a while to figure it out and I play poe for many many years.
