Failure to download Poe 2 with game client

When attempting to download and install Poe 2 through the game client I get the following error:
Error: Received HTTP 403 while downloading https://patch-poe2.poecdn.com/4.1.0.5/Bundles2/Streaming/Content/metadata /monsters/vaalmonster/zealots/743772C4C96E4110.vaalzealotknifestick.ot.3. bundle.bin Its not this exact place every time, meaning it fails at different assets but t the Error code is the same each time. By launching the game from the game folder and using the .exe I was able to download without issue. When trying with the desktop shortcut, that was when I was having the problem. Hopefully this helps others having the problem I was.
