Where do I redeem the +1 key from a friend?

It says I can redeem it on the Path of Exile website, yet there is no form to redeem any key as far as I can see

where exactly do you find the key? my account with early access comes with 2, it says that my account is eligible and i cant find the keys anywhere. also i try and log into the game on pc and it says im not eligible to play, but i play on xbox just fine.
