Are the ggg support emails automated reply’s?

My last email correspondence felt like o was talking with chat gpt. I never even got an answer to my question. It just kept beating around the bush. And when I say it I mean chat gpt.

the term you are looking for is canned, it's not automated.

The reason it is canned (i.e looks like it is an auto reply/bot) is because of glorious customers that go full karen at any sign of personality.

I don't know what question you are asking support but i doubet they are beating about the bush, you just don't understand why you are getting the replies you are in relation to your ticket, could be that you need to clarify what you are asking.
