PSN update causing sign-in fail

I'm curious if anyone else experiencing this. There's an instant 'connection fail' message at title screen that won't allow account verification or connection to server. Issue appeared immediately after update installed. Hopefully this problem gets resolved soon.

I just posted about this too. I got update file like 6 hours ago when I tried to log on, haven't been able to logon since.. I even deleted and reinstalled and still won't work
