Adding sub-accounts and the verifcation process

If someone gains access to my PoE account via the website - will there be a verification process in place for adding sub-accounts?
I am imagining that once two accounts are linked together, the second account will act like a secondary login to the primary account and possibly circumvent any security processes GGG / the primary account owner has in place. E.g - if someone links a sub-account to my primary account, requests a one time transfer of all my MTX, then unlinks the two accounts will they have yoinked all my mtx? While the final specific details are still be be determined as the patch time approaches, please be assured that we take account security very seriously. While players should be able to manage their sub-accounts similar to how they currently manage account connections, should someone contact us for the one-time purchase transfer we will first go through a detailed verification process to verify their ownership of the sub-accounts involved before the transfer request can be considered.
