Xbox points to steam account

Hello, with the recent changes PoE account system, can I buy poe points on xbox store and use it on my steam account?

To clarify, purchased points from the Xbox store would be available to spend on the PC version of Path of Exile, provided you are signed into the same sub-account. So, with the upcoming account changes when I link my xbox and steam accounts, I will be able to use supporters pack I buy on xbox site and use it on my steam account?

Buying a Supporter Pack on Xbox will allow you to use those items on both Xbox and PC versions of Path of Exile 2. However, when upgrading a Supporter Pack you must do this on the same platform you made the original purchase on.
