Acount issue

Hello. I have a ps4 account with my email that is associated with the path of exile pc account. I also have a steam account but it doesn't have my email and when I want to associate them it tells me that the steam account is going to be deleted in order to create a new steam account with my email but I don't want to lose the characters and micro transactions. If I try to put my email to the steam account it tells me that there is already an account with that name (which is the one I mentioned at the beginning). Is there a way to combine them without losing my steam account?
