FAILED TO CONNECT TO INSTANCE

Tryed everythin, no firewall, all drivers and chipsets updated, win11 updated, reinstalled (and before check files of steam) and nothing, its really hard to connect and if i do, i dunno if imma be able to return to town or going into a different map. Please help, regular settlers league was working fine, dunno what happens.
