I cant open the game on PC

I just downloaded the game from this site so there should be no issues but every time I open it this error pops up (idk why I can't paste the pic but it says
The instruction at 0x0000FFEE7CADF61 referenced memory at 0x000000000000008. The memory could not be read
click ok to terminate the program

(You also need a new PoE account to play on PC, your current Playstation one is only for Playstation. This may change in the future when PoE2 releases.)
