Strange flickering only POE

Hello,

POE generally runs pretty well all considered, I have an RTX 4080 gaming laptop. No issues with other graphics intense games. I run Cyberpunk at nearly ultra, Darktide smoothly with raytracing on and so forth. Lately though, I'd estimate the last couple weeks, no more than that, I have been having screen flickering with POE, usually when I open the inventory or interact with an NPC or something. It happens very quickly, once and then goes back to normal with a fairly constant occurrence rate of once every several minutes with the apparent trigger mentioned.

I have the newest drivers, do not have this occur with other games and ran the GPU through furmark literally a minute ago with no problems. It isn't game-breaking at all, but would be nice if there was an easy fix if it happens to be a known thing. Thanks.
