I lost my email account

I lost my email account. I created the email when I was a teenager, together with I created the account on Path of Exile, but due to not being used for a long time, it ended up being deleted I believe, and unfortunately my game was still linked to it, and when I went to play this new expansion... A message appeared saying that my account no longer exists. Please, if there is any way you can help me, I would be grateful, I had a lot of expenses in this account.
