infinite repetitions in Global channels

as soon as some people speak in general their sentence gets repeated forever.

I tried : going into an empty channel (channel 21), I wrote one sentence. When I zoned to the next zone, my sentence suddenly kept getting spammed in the channel.

Please correct, or people are going to be banned over a bug they can't do a thing about.
