Can't login on specific character. Game Crash

My new character that just finished A10 is stuck in the Karui Shores. Every time I try to login on that character, the game crashes.

If I swap to another character, not in Karui Shores, I have zero issues.

Is there a fix or a way to maybe move my starting town without having to log in?

I'm having a similar issue. Thankfully, it's only a new character that was created today.

I used a portal to Lionseye Watch, and it instantly crashed my game. Every time I try to login to that character, my game crashes again.

I'm able to login to my other characters without an issue.
