Can't add email

I tried connecting my email with this account multiple times. Everything goes good but then I check my email and there is no message?? I checked spam category and all other categories but it just isn't there. Now I have 3600 seconds cooldown and frankly I'm pissed. See, it's not the first thing that messed up my experience. 3 days ago I downloaded this game from steam and it kept on crashing. Yesterday I redownloaded from epic games and it still kept on crashing. Now I downloaded from this website but guess what I can't connect to my account because I can't connect my email without receiving the message that I was supposed to get. If the game still keeps on crashing I will probably just leave, it's too much for me.
