Login issue

I can log in fine, but my friends are having issues. When they try to login, it says accounts are locked as it was accessed from another location. But when the game asks for an access code, both of them don't receive the codes via their emails.
Is this a known issue? and will it be resolved soon? Last bumped on Nov 5, 2024, 12:26:32 PM
