Character disappeared from poe.ninja and incomplete import on POB

I noticed some time ago one of my characters disappeared from poe.ninja listings. Currently L100, and many other characters are below, so I'm sure I have enough exp to maintain a spot. At around the same time, I also discovered POB isn't fully importing the same character's skill tree - specifically, the three nodes on a small cluster jewel that I have allocated in-game. After importing the character, any and all changes made to the skill tree are reflected in POB, with the exception of these three cluster nodes, every time. It seems like an unusual coincidence for these two things to happen at a similar time, so I'm left wondering if there's some issue with my character file.

Anyway, it would be nice to know if this is something I can resolve for now, or for any future issue.
