Difference between MaxRoll and POB skilltree

Hi. I was just wondering if somebody could help who is a seasoned player.

I am following this POB guide, but the skilltree on maxroll has some differences to the POB that is linked on there. I don't really understand which one I should follow to have the best optimized build. I would appreciate a response. Thank you.
