Shipment disapeared

Sended out a 50 milion ship this morning, i was hyped for its return.

opened the shipment saw 3 mirror shards, 8 div and 5 power rune. pressed the button collect all and then the shipment disapeared. Nothing in my inventory.

is there anything i can do to get the items back? or atleast the mats to send out a new ship?
