MTX from steam/xbox can be merged 1 one account on PoE2?

Hello exiles, I have a question regarding the cosmetics that will be migrated from PoE 1 to PoE 2.
I have 1 Steam account (PC) that has several cosmetic items, but nowadays I'm only playing on Xbox and I also have cosmetic purchases, will these items be all migrated to PoE 2 or just from 1 of the platforms?

But PC and console are atm separate and that wasn't by choice.

First Microsoft and then Sony negotiated with GGG for the cut of any profit on MTX sales, part of that negotiation was if they can port PC MTX from old accounts to the console (so millions of potential MTX that microsoft and sony wouldn't not see anything from) both MS and Sony declined to allow that to force players to purchase MTX again

I would expect that this is the same stance they have when negotiating for PoE2, even if GGG are pushing harder to allow it this time (i think they have a good case for it)

It may also help quite a bit that GGG's majority share holder is tencent, and it would be in their interest to push for allowing it (i would expect that they have someone there at the negotiations)

But i would err on the side of it not happening.

You must have reached an agreement with platform holders by now. Does this mean Path of Exile(1) console MTX will be usable on PC and vice versa?
