Buff clarity for level28 pvp

Casters are nonviable purely because of going oom after a cast or two at most. Witches are the only class that can (kinda) sustain a 4l spell, and even then you must use a mana pot if you want to spam continuously.
Sure, Casters aren't meant to spam forever in level 28 arena, but at the moment it would be impossible for a caster to beat the majority of good melee builds. Specific things are possible, like running clarity off of your hp, but i don't consider that viable. I don't expect anything to change, just some recognition, hopefully for the future of low level pvp. | |
