email lost cannot access account please help

i've lost my acess to my email and getting on the regular way isn't a possibility anymore would it be possible to access it some other way as my brother sorta kinda locked me out of my email adress and i'd quite like to play this game however it requires me to have email verification and i cannot access it without getting into my email and the site blocked it and i don't have recovery details on outlook, i know it's a bit of an ask but could somebody help me perhaps change email verification or something?
