Cant log in

I have been an xbox player for several years. I recently got a PC and I am trying to play but when I try to sign in with my microsoft information it says the specified account does not exist.

I am very sorry but at this time, I am afraid that it is not possible for us to transfer purchases, progress, or characters from your Xbox account over to an account being used on the PlayStation versions of Path of Exile, or vice versa. These accounts are completely separate and purchases will not be able to be retroactively applied to a new account on a different platform.
