Unstable ping, also game ignores my choice of servers.

For a month or so i have terrible lag, if i try to play during evening (19:00-23:00 Moscow time). So miss a lot of opportunity to level up, farm currency and gear my character.

Firstly i thought it's because Frankfurt and Moscow servers are to blame. Then i noticed that game actually loads my character in town with proper server selected (can be seen in a top right corner), BUT as soon as i teleport to any other location including hideout and settlers town, top left corner shows "Frankfurt (EU)".

Basically:
Log in thru Milan - Sarn (Milan) - Hideout (FRANKFURT).
Log in thru Moscow - Sarn (Moscow) - Hideout (FRANKFURT).

Mapping or doing any other content is practically impossible. As soon as monster density increases (Legion, Breach, even several large magic packs out of nowhere) game may freeze in lag for several seconds instead of just microlagging.

Weird temporal fix for me:
Instead of forced Lockstep use Lockstep (auto). Somehow makes ping better (logically should not).
