I need to combine My Steam and Xbox accounts before PoE2 EA

To anyone at GGG,
I have purchased many core MTX and single mtx's over the years on both Steam and Microsoft accounts. I want to make sure everything I have purchased follows me to Path of Exile II. On one single account. Please help me with this issue. I don't want to lose anything. I wish I was able to combine when PoE launched on Xbox, but there was no option to do so. Unfortunately it is not possible to transfer purchases or progress between Xbox and PC as these are run on entirely separate platforms. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

Now that there is an option to merge PC and Xbox accounts could I please get some assistance.
