Game crashes to desktop

Normally happens when I go into a loading screen, game will crash to desktop. Then it will have trouble getting through the first three loading screens to get back into the game. Everything is up todate....This is the only game that I have any issues with at all, so it's not a PC, OBS, or steam issue (as far as i know, since this is the only game).

Have gone through almost all the threads that sounded like they was close to what was happening with me.....and there's NO SUPPORT OR MOD RESPONSE IN ANY OF THE THREADS....AT ALL....

Taking a random swing at a possible solution, a couple months ago I was unable to actively play the league because of crashing that was caused by my Intel CPU. There was a thread here that involved downloading a utility and dialing down it clock on it. That fixed my crashing problems and it's even one that's helped fix WoW crashes.

If you have a newer Intel CPU, I would strongly look into the underclocking fixes people have been giving out. In my case it had a small window where I changed x55 to x52 and suddenly all worked.
