My Girlfriend Account was Banned

My girlfriend recently moved to me and we she started playing PoE with me. After around 2 weeks of playing her account was banned and after appeal she received generic information that account was permanently banned under Section 7.

You can say cool story bro or stop cheating but she was not. Lets assume for a second no one was cheating. We were playing aura bot+carry and only thing I can think of why she got banned is the fact that we were sharing same ip.

You want to introduce someone to the game, thinking about how cool girlfriend you have that she wants to play the game you love with you, and she gets permabaned around the time she started liking it.


GGG please start reviewing cases instead of giving 100% control automated ban systems and power to 1 person to decide on your appeal based on their mood.

support@grindinggear.com told us that they cannot provide any information or help because it was decision of investigation team.
