failed to connect to instance

many time disconnected when joining to other players, in most cases during trading
when I make a lot of purchases, 10-20+, this can happen up to 5 times, or maybe it won't happen... tired of losing items and logging in again
there are no other connection problems, no random disconnect, no ping spikes, everything is stable... until I return to trading again
