Frequent unexpected disconnections

For the last 7-10 days I've been getting kicked from instances back to the login screen. I've mostly been experiencing this in the merciless lab, but it also has happened in maps, a hideout, etc. It happens every 10-15 minutes, essentially making the game unplayable now. I've communicated with customer service of my ISP (AT&T) on 3 different occasions, and they haven't been helpful so far. I'd really appreciate any help from here.
