Constant crashing

I had similar issues occur at the start of the league, however after i had done a juiced blight map it had basically frozen my computer and would not allow me to load into any character in town.

I had attempted to uninstall/reinstall the game, update graphics card, update BIOS and try running a batch file as someone suggested in another thread.

Now even if i enter a map and cast/attack a single time the game crashes to desktop and won't allow me to enter a character again. This isn't a problem with physically running the game I'm sure since my computer specs are way above recommended, but I'm unable to even play the game at all.

Advice always appreciated and I'm unsure if there are crash logs that are generated or not but if there are some instructions to generate it would be appreciated.
