No details under my account on Path Of Exile site

Hi,
So thought l would look up how much l have spent on transactions to see if l meet the $480 requirement for a key to POE2 early access. I logged in to find my account is empty of any information. This includes transactions, characters and achievements. It says l joined on 21st June 2021 and l have been playing for way longer than that. The only thing l can think of is that l connected POE to my Steam account. Any advice would be helpful. Thanks. Last bumped on Oct 2, 2024, 5:05:26 AM
