Kingsmarch Lag spike death

Really frustrated as a lag spike in Kingsmarch during the pirate fight got me killed. It seems ridiculous in a fight that you have one shot at and stand to lose a ton of resources .

The pirate fight should be in some type of instanced fight that you can come back to in the case of server lag. Really needs to be looked at, I feel like hours if not days of my time just got eaten up by something that I had nothing to do with.
