Very bad lag for weeks in EU, WinMTR attached

I've been suffering from bad lag in the evenings EU times for several weeks now. I tried different servers and they all seems to have some degree of lag. For this test I am connecting from Switzerland to Milan server. WinMTR shows big packet loss in supposedly France, which is odd since France is north west and italy is south. In any case the game is unplayable in the evenings for weeks now.

I play in br realm and the same thing... I have had 150-200 ping for 2 leagues and it is unplayable... impossible to play with lag, and they don't give a single answer.

This is still happening, every day in the evening for almost a month now the game becomes unplayable with big lag spikes every couple seconds. Changing servers doesn't help and it's only a problem in poe. Is there anything that can be done?

Any hope of a remedy or workaround before the new event comes out next week? Also a correction to my original post, I think the bottleneck is frankfurt, not france, and the traffic is going through there even though I select different servers.

You might not like it, but a VPN with better routing to PoE Servers make its possible to play. I have the same problems if i play without mine due to bad ISP routing (Deutsche Telekom).
