[Suggestion] New Scion ascendency: Jeweler

As the title would suggest the idea is to have an ascendancy that would allow more points to be spent on the large cluster jewels. This would allow Scion then to skip a lot of travel nodes that she currently has to go through to get to such a large jewel socket.

The ascendancy wheel would look rather simple:
* 6 nodes for each of the six large jewel sockets.
* Followed by 6 nodes to allow passive tree travel from said sockets.
* Additionally some nodes that would allow Scion to change the interpretation of the cluster jewels. An example would be a +1 to socket size on first level cluster jewels.

If she is able to obtain cluster jewels early enough, she will have a use for the normal lab when she comes across it, rather than having to skip until cruel lab. She would also not need to travel as much in the tree and she would have greater customization than other classes in this respect. It would fit her nature as a jack of all traits character and would provide her with an ascendancy and method of character building truly unique to her.
