Valdo Map's & Gold. Why?

Valdo maps are some of the juiciest, most punishing combinations of mods in all of POE, with a T17 map base. So why do mobs drop T1 white map level gold amounts?

Boosting gold drops in valdo not only makes sense, to align with the rest of T17 content, but gives an incentive to run the maps that have a worthless reward.
