Latency goes up and up

Hey,
my latency is skyrocketing since a few hours (10k+). Sometimes I can move again, sometimes only a restart of the game fixes it.
Happens now all the time, cannot play/move anymore (~2-3min after logging in). Opening inventory, passive tree etc works and after restarting my changes also applied.


^a few min after this, I could move again for a brief moment, then began to increase again.

FYI: Watching yt videos etc works perfectly fine while this is happening.
