RF is obviously one of the tank unless the mob mods disables or lowers the regen
This build is mostly the same build from most the RF builds, but it travels to duelist area to get more regen nodes to achieve around 2200 regen Worst case you can stop RF and simply use scorching ray Gears - except the chest all gears are cheap
