Outdated upgrade description for core supporter packs

At the bottom of https://www.pathofexile.com/shop/purchase the explanation for upgrading to a core supporter pack includes the note that "the Core and Trial of the Ancestors packs are in different series".
This should probably be updated to the current and future leagues.
