When quad tabs were introduced Chris Wilson wanted to offer that as a MTX and was told by the developers NO, either technically or just from the standpoint of how the game would choose which once to merge to make a quad tab.

Either way it dose not matter, if it could be done it would have been done years ago and they would be making money out of it.
