The game freezes periodically when large swarms of monsters appear.

Hello. After running the game for some time, with a large concentration of monsters and projectiles, the game freezes completely until I close it manually through the task manager.
This problem also occurs in a team with an archmage who fires hundreds of projectiles. Freezes occur every few cards and only in PoE, I have not noticed such a problem in other games.
Third-party programs are not used during the game, and this happens even if all background applications are closed.
I've tried changing various game settings, as well as changing servers.
I have completely formatted all the disks and reinstalled Windows.
The RAM, video card and processor do not give errors when checking.
