Will points transfer to POE 2?

Hi, I'm a new player and had a quick question. If I buy points now, will they still be available when I play POE2? Will I be able to see and use them in-game just like in POE? I know this might have been answered before, but no one in the 820 chat was sure. I'm considering buying an expensive supporter pack, and it would really suck if I couldn't use the points in POE2 Thanks! Last bumped on Sep 20, 2024, 8:04:31 AM

We don't have specifics to share on an item-by-item basis at this stage I'm afraid. However, Jonathan (one of the game directors of Path of Exile 2) has stated that all of your purchases will be shared across both games unless it's hyper specific to the content of one of them. The MTX and points would carry over (tbh it dose not look like they are even moving as PoE2 will be tied to the MTX gubbins from PoE1)
If you log into the PoE2 site, you should have your points displayed at the top
