What the hell is wrong with servers

I did not experience it in the beginning of the league, but now basically every single day, the latency goes 5ms to 1000ms constantly, creating spikes and freezes. It's barely playable.

It's the servers.
Explain, mister "windows visual traceroute" why it never happens on any other game or software but POE. Explain, why it can happen one week and go away another week. I don't need to run shitty windows software to do traceroute to know it's clearly their server pooping themselves. |

Yes, servers lag sometimes. In maps, hideout, or in empty act towns. I don't know why it does but sometimes its impossible to play.
